Last night's dance/music/blocking rehearsal was a lot of information all at once. Especially for a newbie like me, but the leads seem to roll with the punches. Harold Hill already has a lot of his part memorized. He's going to be fantastic.
Unfortunately, for the choreographer quite a few more people showed up for the second dance rehearsal, which threw off all the marching formations she had already choreographed. So we basically had to start again from scratch.
"Don't bother taking notes, it'll change," suggested a seasoned GFCT performer. And, she was correct. Although it was too late as I had been feverishly taking notes (See yesterday's blog post) only to be left with my head spinning.
So what did I do?
I went home and watched a few episodes from the fourth season of "The Walking Dead."
