As a tenant of the Wood Theater, GFCT utilizes the Wood Theater Box Office as its official box office. The box office is located at the Charles R. Wood Theater, 207 Glen Street, Glens Falls.
Hours:
The Box Office is staffed Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. The Box Office Stays Open until curtain on days of performances.
In the event a show is canceled, patrons will be notified by phone or email and will be provided the option of exchanging their tickets for another GFCT performance or a refund.
ticket exchange policy
Ticket holders may exchange their tickets for another performance in the same production. Same seats are NOT guaranteed and exchanges are based on availability. Tickets must be in the box office for exchanges to be made over the phone, otherwise, the tickets you want to exchange will need to be brought in during box office hours.
